Booking Policy

Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received.

Late Arrivals
If you expect to be late, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the schedule, we may be able to accommodate a short delay. However, the workshop end time cannot be extended.

No-Shows
If you do not attend your workshop without prior notice, or arrive so late that the workshop can no longer take place, your booking will be considered a no-show. In this case, a 50% booking fee will be charged to cover preparation time, reserved studio time, and materials.

If a reservation fee or deposit has not yet been paid, the 50% no-show fee will be invoiced and is payable upon receipt.

Exceptions
Any exceptions to the booking policy are made at our discretion and do not waive the right to apply the no-show fee if the booking cannot be fulfilled.

Rescheduling
If you notify us in advance, we will do our best to reschedule your booking, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made at the last minute may not be possible.
